Who do you work with and what are your specializations?I am a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist and I work with individuals, couples and families. In individual therapy, my focus is supporting adolescents and adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, life-adjustments, eating disorders, and unhealthy relationships. As a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP), I specialize in treating general anxiety disorder, panic disorder, and social anxiety. I have a special interest in helping individuals who struggle with perfectionism tendencies and unhealthy self-esteem. I am extensively trained in couples therapy in the most research-based models. My aim in couples therapy is to help couples communicate effectively, create a deeper meaning in their relationship, and have a more caring and loving connection.

Can therapy help me?I really believe that everyone can benefit from therapy - including myself, which is why I attend my own personal therapy. Therapy is not a "one size fits all" approach. No one method works for everyone, which is why I have developed a toolbox of different techniques, backed by evidence-based research, that support you in reaching your goals.

Do you accept insurance?I am “out-of-network” with insurance companies. If you are using your out-of-network benefits, I will provide you with a receipt of service that includes all the information you need to file your claim. You will be responsible for paying for treatment upfront and your insurance company will reimburse you directly. You can call your insurance company and ask the following questions to see if this is a good option for you: Do I have out-of-network behavioral health coverage? If yes, what is my deductible? How much of each therapy session is covered?

What forms of payment do you accept?Your session fee can be paid with cash, check, debit/credit card, HSA account, or Venmo.

What if I have to cancel my appointment?I understand sometimes life gets in the way of our plans and if you have to cancel an appointment, please give at least 24 hours notice. If you cancel within the 24-hour window, you will be charged a late cancellation fee.
