Our family impacts who we are and who we become, both for better and for worse.
We learn our vocabulary, our habits, our customs, and how to view and observe the world from our family system. We also learn how to love and how to interact with others from these first very important relationships.
Family Therapy strengthens the family system by building relationships of love, trust, and communication. Family therapy explores the behavioral and communication patterns that are impacting the functioning of the family and explores how individual’s behaviors and emotions affect the entire family system.
My goal is to help you develop the love and support of a strong, cohesive family. As a trained family therapist, I have a unique perspective for supporting and encouraging each family member while addressing the concern that brought the family to therapy.
